Re: [RC] What is Real Endurance!! - Teri

Lets look at this in a logical way....

Definitions.

ENDURANCE - The ability to last, stand pain etc.
ENDURE - To hold up under pain, fatiuge.. etc.
RIDE - To be carried along by a horse, carriage, etc.

AERC states that an Endurance ride is 50 miles. But it does not state that
you are a true endurance rider only if you do 50 or more miles.

An endurance rider is the ability to last, stand pain while being carried
along by a horse.

I do expect to be flamed by those of you whom have no common sense so bring
it on....

Teri
