Re: [RC] Helmet for long-oval head? - Barbara McCrary

The Troxell Dakota seems to fit this need.  I have a Troxell Sport and it, too, presses on my forehead.  But I just ignore it and so far have gotten away with that.  However, while purchasing one for our granddaughter who was then about 12, I found that she was uncomfortable in the Sport.  I returned it and bought a Dakota.  She is very comfortable in it and it was much more comfortable for me.  My next one will be a Dakota.  Try one; it might be just the thing for you.

Subject: [RC] Helmet for long-oval head?

I hate to admit it, but I'm going to need a different helmet.  I love everything about my Range Rider helmet other than that it doesn't fit!  LOL  It presses on my forehead and gives me headaches.

Does anyone have ideas on what helmets fit people with 'long oval' heads?  I suspect that's what I have.

Thanks,
