I've ridden w/Shannon and "Star" a couple of times & we were par tof a
group that worked together @ S2S. Star has rides dating back to '94
w/AERC, but back then Shannon was just a kid and by her own admission,
between CTR in various regional organizations including here in Ohio &
AERC, she has no idea how many miles he has on him. Offically 1000 in
AERC, but hes had lots of CTR miles, and shes ridden him, I think (could be
wrong), up to Prelim level in eventing. Hes a wonderful example of a horse
that has been taken care of and keeps on ticking. Heck at 22 years young &
after 150 miles of S2S he was still trying to push Shannons buttons and get
his way from time to time when we rode together on the 150-200 leg of S2S.

I'm pretty sure he does. She's been riding him as long as I've had Bubba
and
this would be Bubba's 15th year if he weren't retired..

I'd be curious to know if Quail Meadow Star, a Morgan owned and ridden by Shannon Loomis, qualifies for this designation.
