Karen is rounding up stories of horses and riders who have been together 
and competed in at least 10 ride seasons and are still competing. We really 
need everyone's help getting these horses' names since we may not be aware 
of some very noteworthy teams. However, when you think you know one, please

and check for yourself to see if they have filled the requirements. (you 
can also just go to aerc.org, click on membeership, and then horse history. 
They should have started competing by 1994, and they should have done a 
ride this year. If they've skipped a few years, but still have competed 10 
seasons, and have completed a ride in 2003 that counts too. For instance, 
one had started 14 years ago, missed a year or two, but completed rides 
this year.  Ahminn was posted as having 10 years, but according to the 
records starte in 1996 so that's 8. 8 is great, but it doesn't fill the 
requirements for this particular article.

If you guys can help us out on this we're bound to do a better job.
