[RC] Final Exam - k s swigart

I must confess, it never even occurred to me that there was
any other meaning than the horse must be presented for A (as
in, one single) final exam during which time all the
criteria must be met.

And, not only that, you only get one chance.

The rider may choose any time within the hour after
completion to present his/her horse for this exam and it is
either passed or failed at that time...."and if there is a
problem" it is not "done over" but rather the competitor is
disqualified.  I didn't know that there were any second
chances.

Go figure.
