[RC] finish criteria - pulse and trot out - Laura Hayes

In regard to trotting out for completion before presenting for pulse criteria:  It is not done here in the east, and according to the rules, it appears unclear to me if it is possible.  The rules on completion are below, minus the 'extra' words-  it does not specifically say that you have to do it all at the same time, but it does imply it.  It says: "post ride evaluation" not "evaluations" in the plural.

6.2.1.1  All Equines must stand a mandatory post ride evaluation within one hour of finishing. Riders may present their equines for the final examination at a time of their chooing during the one-hour period. snip

6.2.1.2  The equine must reach a reasonable pulse recovery snip

6.2.1.3  The equine must be metabolically stable, sufficient to demonstrate fitness to continue.

6.2.1.4  There will be no gait aberration that is consistently observable snip
