You are mistaken, Darolyn. My horse finished third in the World Pre-Ride and he was perfectly fine at the finish. He has never, ever come close to dying (nor has he ever been treated) at ANY ride in which I rode him, and I believe I rode him all but twice during his career. It was when I leased him to the Brazilian team at the World Championships the following year that he almost died. This was one of the two times I did not ride him. Please make sure you get your facts straight before you make statements like this.
