[RC] Metamucil - Ag47xAu49How much metamucil (Wal-marts Equate) needs to be fed daily to be beneficial, if psyllium is beneficial, for helping to remove sand? When I used Sand Clear, it was one measuring scoop (2 ounces?) per day for one week. Is there a difference as far as the powered people kind as to the amount? I guess I could multiply it by 5 or 6 times the people dose, assuming the people dose is for 150 to 200 lbs. of people. Thanks, Beccy in Ut.
