[RC] A junior's first ride - Lucie Hancock

I want to send a big thank you out to Charlotte Laedevig. After I pulled my horse after the first loop of the Biltmore Fall Fling 30, she took on my eight year old granddaughter, and helped her get through her first endurance ride. Heather came in from that last loop with a big grin on her face, and she had a really good time. Without Charlotte's help, Heather may not have made it. I am so proud and happy, for both Charlotte and Heather.

The hardest part of endurance riding is waiting back at camp, not knowing what's going on out there on the trail. Waiting for an eight year old to come back in is ... well... NOT easy. Thank you for helping us out.
Lucie H.
