Re: [RC] [Guest] looking for feedback on Desotosaddles - Ridecamp Moderator

Kate,
I'd say about 90% of the clients who buy our horses end up getting a DeSoto. I have one of the first ones (#356) and I bought my daughter one when she was in 7th grade. We absolutely love them.

One thing to keep in mind in buying saddles...look at the classfied. If you see that saddle for sale a lot, DO NOT BUY ONE. That means the people aren't happy with it.
You never see a DeSoto for sale, and if you do, someone scoops it right up.

They seem to be as good for FW as HW....Earl Baxter rides in one, as does my 6.4 210 lb friend. When I bought mine to this region, everyone my size (5.1) was buying them because they fit small people so well.

PS You will never fall off the desoto because of that big tall thin pommel!
Louise
