Boy, I think everyone on this list owes a HUGE thank you to Karen, her up to date minute by minute reporting was fantastic, keep all of us abreast of the happenings and I truly am amazed at the effort it must have taken her to keep us so well informed.

 

Now you get some rest Karen and again, thank you so much for a job very well done. Just fabulous really.

I haven't gotten any more phone calls, and don't want to wake anybody up
who has probably been finally getting a chance to sleep. John Teeter said
he would do more updating late last night and this morning, so I'll let him
finish the last bit of reporting on the final finishers and team placements.

I would like to thank everybody from PACIFIC SOUTH who kept me updated all
day yesterday with live updates. They did a terrific job!   Last news I
heard was that PS was going to finish 9 of their 12 starters in the
ride.  Hope that is how it worked out.  Congratulations to everybody who
completed the ride and to those who started, getting there was no easy
task! Good job everyone. :-)
