I found that the Lanacort I had with me worked wonders on the "chafe".
Helped to heal it some, and numbed it so I could go ride yet another 50
miles. LOL  I sure learned what worked, and what did not work on my first
Multi-Day!!!! Actually, over-all, except for my knee giving me some trouble,
I had minimal muscle soreness....just those darn friction rubs in a few
places.
