[RC] [Guest] Torsion Saddle - Ridecamp Moderator

Mary Schrempp ridesalot@xxxxxxxx
I don't have a sport saddle, but did get a Torsion last December. It is a nice saddle, but I got the standard model insead of the endurance one and have had trouble with the stirrup hanging design of the Torsion, once I started doing 50's with it. It ended up putting too much pressure on his back right where the stirrup band crosses over the back and rubbed off some hair. If you get a torsion, get the endurance model, which has a gullet with inserts- it will help spread the load better. Other than that, this saddle is very very comfortable. I have since fixed my problem with a different pad with wool inserts, but if I had it to do again, I would sure get the endurance model.
Happy Trails, Mary
