Absolutely! I'll bet that Charlotte's horse was really relaxed after Charlotte crashed. <EG> However, in my experience the best tranquiliser is a calm-almost-to-boredom handler and a horse that has learned to look to the handler for cues about what is scary, so probably the Rescue Remedy would be helpful to the rider. I've never tried to use it for chronic silliness, just for acute shock.
