Yes, I don't remember any Brandy in it, dang! Must check too.
 
However, if you use the recommended "dosage" of five drops, please tell me how that would ever last.
 
I was told that the RR only has an effect for about an hour. Just enough time to settle down a horse if given the night before or the morning before.
 
But if it is outlawed, then it is outlawed, as should be with a ton of other stuff, that goes into the horses mouth.

Interesting.  I need to read the ingredients the next time
I see someone flashing a flask.

But would it show on a test with the volumes involved in
the ratio?  Given prior to the ride, I wonder how long it
would take for the brandy to clear the system?
