My point is that if the horse is not fit to continue safely to the next 
hold unless he is ridden slowly, then he isn't fit to 
continue.

Here's another saying I think should be laminated and posted in every trailer, 
along with something to the effect that if he is slightly off he does not need 
to continue.  If he is limping, something hurts.......mb
