I went to the picnic-supply area of the store and bought a sqeeze bottle (like you'd put katchup & mustard in).  At rides, I'll mix my 'lites (Endura-lites or Perform 'n Win or my mix) & about 2 Tbs of Lite Salt with either water, Gatoraid, or apple sauce.

 

A serving size is 2 oz.  If you have a 35mm camara, those film canesters hold exactly 2 oz of 'lites.
