So, fill me in.  How do you condition in the hot&humid summer?>

By riding in the heat and humidity. I go no matter what the temperature is.
I take a thermometer to check on the horse's temperature.  and I try to ride
where there is water available. We have some summer rides here in Kansas and
so we have to train in unfavorable conditions - or not compete in the rides.
