[RC] Using breast collars on flat trails... - Jonni Jewell

Getting a breastcollar hung up on a car mirror?! That isn't an indictment
of the piece of tack, but rather that some rider is clueless as to how to
fit it and adjust it<<<

Actually, I was thinking the breast collar did not cause the accident, but
the rider did for getting so darn close to the truck mirror in the first
place. But, I was not there...just picturing in my mind what it would take
to get my horse over, close enough to a truck to catch the breast collar on
a mirror. Especially one that was properly adjusted. But as we know, with
horses, anything is possible.
