Susan recommends soaking it with Silicone Spray. Soak it really good, and work it through and eventually it will open.

Looking for ideas to unfreeze a zipper on a Griffins pack. Frozen with either sweat or electrolytes, can't move it, hate to cut into the pack which contains an easyboot, and who knows what else!
