Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I have a pair of suede Dublin half chaps that I have used for 3 months 
and the suede is getting hard across my foot and up about 4 inches. I 
have tried several things to soften the leather but they haven't work.  
Any suggestions?     I have another type of suede half chaps that are 8 
yrs old and they are still soft.
