[RC] Do you want an email discussion list specifically for AERC members only? - Linda B. Merims

Randy Eiland sent around a survey on this very question.
 
I'm a tad unclear about the purpose of this list.
 
Is it:
 
   A place where the AERC Board can formally solicit
   member input and discussion on issues, and be
   assured that only members are participating in
   the discussion?
 
OR
 
   Is it a one-way-only, AERC-to-Members announcement
   list?
 
OR
 
   Is it a place where AERC members can talk without
   having non-AERC people participating, but which
   has no "official" function or purpose?
