The front action quite often comes with the territory if you are 
dealing with Andalusians.  It's  a normal footfall (as opposed to 
paddling which is a conformational or farriery problem),  with 
Andalusian stock being regarded as the ancestral genetic source of 
their Peruvian Paso cousins' front action trademark  called "termino".
