Hi Charles,

A great recommendation is Webshots.  I have over a
dozen albums on there, with the ability to put 60 pics
in each album, but then again, I pay something like
$30 a year.  They do have an option so you can put a
limited number of albums (10 I think) with a limited
number of pictures (20 maybe?) in each album on the
site.  You can also invite guests to the site.  Your
pictures are available to anyone who cares to look at
them.  

Personally, I love Webshots.  It's easy to use and I
have my personal address file to whom I like to send
invitations anytime I post new pics.  The URL is easy
