I recall someone posted recently on the issue of canter vs trot at 
comp0etitive international FEI rides.Judging from the very fast times and 
average speed returned there must have been more cantering than trot.How do 
you train for this?I thought this was an interesting post and was lurking 
the website daily to get some tips and pearls.Perhaps Truman and Bob Morris  
or even Steph can respond to this.
