Re: [RC] beet pulp - shredded - Timothy Worden

The only non-molassed beet pulp shreds we can find is from Southern States for $7.75/40lb bag.  For convenience though, we go with the same brand name (the only one available) and get the molasses beet pulp for $9/bag.  Reason is it would cost me that extra $1.25 or more just in gas to get the cheaper bag.  I've never seen beet pulp pellets.  The bags we get say "Distributed by Midwest Agri-Commondities Company, Corte Madera, CA 94925".

I have still not seen any shredded beet pulp that was only beet pulp. All
the shredded I have seen had molasses added. Is there shredded that is just
dehydrated beet pulp, nothing added?
