Ha, my record is just luck...

My mare who won the Fort Valley 100 (OD trail) last fall by over an hour, is
lame, and it is only three weeks to OD.  I am so bummed.

She was perfectly sound in the field, I loaded her up and drove to Canada
for Aprilfest, and she was off at the check in.  That was 4 weeks ago.  I
thought I might have quicked her, but I hadn't.

We have poked and prodded, nerve blocked and flexed, and even x-rayed, and
found NOTHING.  I am near depression, and then I think, OHFERPETESAKE, there
are worse things in the world (there are, aren't there)?????
