[RC] Stonewall Saddles - Lynne Tomovick

S. Howell whisperfeather@xxxxxxx

Can I get some feedback about the stonewall saddles from some riders who
have experience with them. Any pros and cons.

Thanks in advance.

** I rode in a stonewall for years and overall really liked it. Basic, lightweight, good center fire rigging, kept me balanced enough. The seat is so flat and legs so free that you have to learn to find that sweet spot so you don't get pitched foward. Once I got used to it, I loved it.

Good for my horse, when it fit him. I eventually sold mine b/c I had problems with it bridging and being too narrow for my extra wide arab backs. Not sure what the saddle tree size options are, but I would guess they fit a flatter, narrower back with little rock. I have Solstice's now. I would buy another stonewall. I always used mine with a skito pad.

Good Luck!
