Aww, she's just doing what she's been bred to do :)

But if it really bugs you (she's probably a lot safer than it seems),
I'd suggest you attend a basic obedience class and then maybe try some
agility.  Both will afford you the opportunity to work on controlling
your dog's movement (and probably have some fun, too).  Chain training
collars definitely *not* mandatory.

It's certainly easier than the more common issue of dogs that just
*won't* stay with you.

Geez.  Figures my first post to ridecamp is dog-related...
