Merryben,

Were you over 50 and overweight when you did the RAT?  Tell us about it.  I
wonder if I could aspire to that on my short, short horse?

What kind of surgery are we talking about.  I have had arthroscopic

surgery to get rid of chondromalacia and to repair a torn meniscus.  Had the
surgery on Thursday and was back to work Monday.  Did a 25 miles RAT about 2
months or so later.  Of course we know I just walked and only did about 7 of
the miles.


My other knee surgery was a whle different thing and took forever.  But

that involved 5 bone grafts, two titanium plates and 10 screws.........
