[RC] Wow..........I think you are stressed.......... - FASTGraphic

What an uncaring, damning letter sent against those who are only trying to
help. There was no rumor - it was pretty much the facts as we had gleaned
them through caring and thoughtful attempts to look after her and keep her
friends informed. She was, in fact, medicated - by your own admission - on
morphine when Eleanor. out of CARE, visited her. The ride manager (or head
vet, I don't remember which) had announced at the ride meeting, out of CARE,
that she was in surgery to relieve the intercranial bleeding. She was alone
when visited, out of CARE in ICU which is not, to your opinion, a top
security clearance military installation. Perhaps at that time you were out
n the trailer. Any medical professional who CARES (that describes Eleanor to
a tee) could "peek in at her" to check on her. I'm not sure why you felt the
need to lash out at those trying to help by letting others who CARE know what
was happening as it was observed. Don't understand how any of the caring,
thoughtful, loving things said offended or hurt any family members Perhaps
in this time of great stress and anxiety, you said things borne of that
frustration, and that is certainly understandable. Please know, and let her
family know, that there are a wealth of people - some, like myself who never
even met the dear woman before she was unconscious on the trail, who pray for
her, think of her, and send only the very best of thoughts her way. May her
recovery be speedy and full, and may all of you enjoy a ride with her again
in the very near future. Thanks for the information. Hold her hand tonight
and tell her how many people care for her?
Thanks,
:o)
Scott
