I had a friend that hobble trained his horses and
actually hobbled them at rides until he saw that the 'in' thing was electric
corrals. He used one fleece-lined hobble on a log chain fastened to the back of
the trailer. The chain would lie flat on the ground where a rope makes loops
that stick up and catch other feet. He never had problems as long as I knew
them.
