[RC] Hobbling - Tamara Alice Taylor

What I meant was that the horses would be hobbled when confined to an electric fence or corrall system. I didn't mean they should be wandering the camp freely.

Hobbling is not apporopriate at a ridecamp. When I was a kid we tried
hobbling our pony as he was hard to catch, but the hobbles barely slowed him
down. A hobbled horse could wander around the RC and cause lots of trouble
visiting other horses and eating their food
