Other than your hips and thighs! put lead shot in a bicycle tube, tie the tube at regular intervals, say 2", to keep the shot evenly disbursed then attach the tube around the cantle of your saddle or along the girth or cut it in two (depending how much weight you need) and put it under the saddle flaps or on the bottom of your stirrups. The important thing is to get it as near to the centre of gravity as possible, so as not to unbalance your horse, and train with it!
