[RC] Taking B-50 for food spikes and crashes - Flora Hillman

If you want to stop the food "spike and crash" scenario, just start taking B-50 vitamins.  The B vitamins help convert food to energy, and one B-50 capsule a day will help your body metabolize food at a steady, even, flat-line rate throughout the day.    This is especially important for hypoglycemics, and anyone who gets a "sugar high" are consuming carbohydrates.  The B-vitamins are also water soluble, so whatever your body doesn't need, it'll discard in the urine.  You'll notice you'll feel brighter, more alert, and more energized. Forget the peaks and valleys -- you can even eat candy bars and not experience the sugar rush.

It's really amazing.

BTW -- you also want to take B-50 if you have carpel tunnel syndrome.  It's like taking an aspirin for a headache. Stops the tingling, numbness, and pain in your hands within minutes, and (when taken on a daily basis) helps sets up a long term cure -- especially when teamed with Vitamin E (which was a suggestion (to me) encouraged by one doctor who specializes in this ailment).
