[RC] sneakers for riding - Scott Johnson

I have been wearing a pair of Nike Trail running shoes when I ride. I have narrow feet, plantar fascitis (sp?), and a heel spur, and these shoes are really comfortable for me and are holding up well after a year.

PS I do have cages on my EZ Ride stirrups.
