[RC] alternative saddles - Roberta Jo Lieberman

Just my $.02. Would love to have someone sponsor an alternative saddle
comparison.<

Ummmm.....I'm researching just such a story right now for EQUUS. If anyone has
switched to an "alternative" -- flexible/adjustable panel or treeless -- saddle,
please email me privately. I'd like to hear--

1) what saddle(s) you used before and what issues your horse (or you) were
having
2) what prompted you to try the alternative saddle(s) you tried
3) if the saddle required user-adjustment, what sort of learning curve did you
find was needed
4) were you satisfied that the saddle was adjusted to fit your horse, and have
you adjusted it since
5) what changes have you observed in your horse with your new saddle (i.e.,
willingness, stride length, ability to engage the hindquarters, lift the back,
etc.)
6) any other comments

Please also let me know your horse's age, breed, body type and performance
history.

Thanks!
