[RC] Longstreets Charge or what? - Laurie Durgin

Sent in my 2 cents worth to the Ga. DNR about the road problem up Piegon
Mtn. after reading the Chattahoochee Trails website about the problem they have with access.
Got a call back from DNR and they said they are working on the problem and think it will be this fall before it is straighted out.
So is Longstreets Charge on or off?
This was my planned first technical ride to break Rascal in on. Rocks rocks , hills, snakes, bears, anything to make him pay attention and not think it's a "race" (yet).
And if it is off, any suggestions for a green horse/rider in the SE coming up May or beyond. Unfortunatly , accident, his teeth problem and weather messed us up and I think I need another month or so to get him back in shape.(min.) I hate to have to wait till this fall.Dang.
