Jonni,
I have gotten positive feedback on the Ankle Safe from many customers. If you use half chaps you can keep the Safe higher on your leg, in easy reach. Most people seem to like the idea of getting the cell phone off their waist because of the possibility of internal injury if you come off. Warning: Watch out for high water crossings, as cell phones don't swim well!
I haven't gotten comment on the trail kit. Personally not what I prefer for most riding. Might be okay when exploring a new area & you want the map right there all the time.
All their items are very well made quality-wise.
