The Green Swamp Stomp will be re-appearing sometime
in Feb. or March of 2004. Beautiful campground with water and fire rings. Trails
have great footing. Wonderful prizes! Wait til you see the
t-shirts.
I am seriously thinking of putting on a
triathlon consisting of a 5k run, 15 mile bike, and a 25 mile ride. I would love
to do a ride and tie but I think a tri would be easier logistically. Transition
area and vet check all in the same general area. You could ride as an individual
in all three events or have a team.
I know so many runners and bikers that would love
to team up with an equestrian. That would be the beauty of it! Florida is big in
running and triathlons and we are also 3rd or 4th in the nation for horses. What
a perfect combination!
