Re: [RC] coffee at rides - Susan Young CaseyI just read in one of my husband's medical journals that an apple is better for waking you up in the morning than coffee. It's the contrated sugar and acids in the fruit. However, when it's 30* out, coffee or hot cocoa is still my favorite. We'll have the coffee pot on at the Cougar Prowl! --- Jonni Jewell <jonnij@xxxxxxxx> wrote: I don't drink the stuff, but it seems the easiest thing is to check if management has a pot of coffee on, and ask if you can get a cup from them, or find one of those big ol LQ trailers near you, and knock on the door, cup in hand. Seems coffee drinkers KNOW how important it is in the AM, and would share with a wayward tent camper <grin>. Had a friend that never packed much food on rides. He was always being offered meals from others. Jonni =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
