[RC] The old boot question.... - Jennifer Thompson

Okay, after suffering a setback last year due to injury, I
am now finally looking forward to entering my very first
ride(s) this season. LDs only, until next year.

My horse is barefoot, and I am going to try to keep him that
way for as long as possible. I know I will need boots. I
have never used them before, so am lost as to which ones to
try.

So....all of you long distance boot-users, could you please
give me the pros and cons about the choices out
there....Easyboots, Old Macs, Horsesneakers, etc.

I see that Easyboots are now made with a lower heel, to help
with the rubbing problem. Has anybody tried the new style?

Thanks for any and all advice regarding the use of boots.

Jennifer
