RE: [RC] AERC Board of Directors Meetings: Chatanooga - Bob Morris

Please be advised the statement <<<be immediately
transmitted to the AERC Veterinary Committee for
its review, but otherwise be held in confidence;>>> is
exactly the procedure from the past where in there was never
any reports made nor was there ever any records retained. In
fact it became a big black hole with the fingers pointing in
a circle around the mouth.

Please look at line of the one by John Parke on Horse
Deaths...

C. All witness statements collected by the AERC for
purposes of
reporting on horse fatalities, including statements from the
head
veterinarian, treating veterinarian, ride manager and rider
and/or
owner, be immediately transmitted to the AERC Veterinary
Committee for
its review, but otherwise be held in confidence;

THIS part, IMHO, is totally unacceptable...

THIS MEANS ONLY THE VET COMMITTEE WILL KNOW WHAT REALLY
HAPPENED! THE
ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP SHOULD BE AWARE OF ALL THE FACTS. IF YOU
DON'T LIKE
IT, DON'T RIDE!! IMHO, THIS FIXES NOTHING AND SIMPLY LEADS
TO FEAR,
UNCERTAINTY AND DOUBT.

The track record of the Vet Committee speaks for itself.

Jim, Sun of Dimanche, and Mahada Magic
