This is quite different from lower back muscle aches. Anyway, I couldn't ride at all if it wasn't for my regular chiropractor appointments, and twice I've had a chiropractor "save" me by releasing pinched nerves. I can't walk, sit, or ride 100% straight, but at least it's not visibly noticeable to most people.
