[RC] hypermotility in the gut - Sundaez

This is what my vet said about my horse on the "vague symptoms" post I wrote a few weeks ago. His gut sounds were increased while in the pasture...so I can imagine that is what is happeneing while he  is being ridden and getting gassy and diareaha. Any ideas why this would be happening? Vet really didn't offer any answers. Horse is eating fine and no diarrhea in the pasture...only under saddle and he was a former sold pooper. (Sorry guys just don't know how else to put it!)
