The equal rights for pigs lobby should consider that different cultures
embrace different attitudes and habits. If you had to prepare the prime rib
yourself there would be far less prime rib consumed.  Call it the "ultimate
irony" but at the buffet dinner in Germany in 87, the host a prominent
German rider served "horse prime rib".
