    [RC] eating - Ridecamp Guest

    Courtney courtney_mae1@xxxxxxxxxxx
    Hi
I have a question for all of those experienced endurance riders. Whenever I do endurance rides, I don't
eat. I am not hungry and I get queasy when I do eat. Nothing EVER sounds good. That has been fine for
the LDs and 50s, I can do that. I have decided to do some 2 day 50s and maybe even a 100 next year,
and you can't go that long on a hard ride like the Tevis and just not eat. What should I do? Would protein
powder drinks work? Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for all of the help!
