    Having all that experience, I ask AGAIN...........at the risk of being

    How does the administration of e-lytes jibe with Rule 13, especially the 
    "intent" section which states "Endurance equines must compete entirely on 
    their natural ability."?  That was my original question, and despite many 
    long answers and much back and forth discussion, it has not been answered.

    I understand that you believe Rule 13 to be an excellent rule.  Yes, I have a 
    concept which might improve on it - enforce it!
