Re: Heart Rate Monitors w/ High Low Alarms



Thanks, John for saying those sweet things!

I want to try one because sometimes  I feel I'm "overworrying" about my
horses, like if they offer to walk up a hill and I'm thinking they're tired
and then I happen to glance at my monitor and they're way under their
anaerobic threashold.  Plus I read once that Valerie Kanavy always keeps her
horse in specific ranges during a race, which makes sense to me if you're
going to be competitive and I thought the high/low beeper would help with
that . . . .

But I did wonder about the "bonkers" element and your response is exactly
the kind of feedback I was looking for.  Thank you!!
