Maybe so...but attending the Annual Meeting is not practical for most of
us. It's difficult enough to find the time and $$$ to attend the
Convention. I've only managed to do that once.  All of the BOD are
online and I believe that Mike said that 60% or so of the members are on
line? Not sure of that number.  Anyway, if Directors really want to
consult their consituents, how about a "formal" way through the web site
for BOD members to poll their online membership on how they feel about
various issues? Vote or comment through the same mechanism you use to
change your online info using your AERC number. Better profile than a
few more attendees at the Annual Meeting.
